Recent graduates of our great post – secondary institutions have difficulty finding a career in their field of study here in Oshawa. This is a terrible loss for our economy, and our community, as bright young leaders and entrepreneurs move to Oshawa, only to leave after four years.

As a City, it is paramount that we entice students to not only study in Oshawa, but to stay here as well. By bringing in more start-ups, innovators, and established companies to our City, we can create more opportunities for graduates in their field of study. Part of the solution is partnering local businesses with our post-secondary institutions.
